Abraham Gonzalez - Founder, President

​Abraham Gonzalez is the founder of One Way and serves on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Minority Contractors Association. One Way was founded in 2004 to specialize in a broad range of construction services. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Gonzalez spent over 10 years in the construction industry and had managed all aspects of running a successful small business. Immediately prior to founding One Way, Mr. Gonzalez served as Project Manager and Estimator for Guillo's Home Improvement where he gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of the construction industry and is now applying that experience to grow and guide One Way Development. Mr. Gonzalez's experience with large companies was that they forgo customer service to focus on their own bottom line. Mr. Gonzalez wanted One Way's edge over its competition to be customer service and made this the company's highest goal.

KARSTEN KRUMBIEGEL

Job Titles:
  • Controller
As Controller of One Way, Karsten oversees the financial operations of the business. Since his start with One Way, he has developed and maintained intricate budgeting, forecasting and analysis of all work in progress and all internal account processes and reporting. As a Senior Manager, Karsten has become an integral part of the day to day operations of One Way Development.

Kristen McNeil

​Kristen McNeil has over 20 years experience in construction and project management. Kristen began her career working on road and bridge construction projects throughout New Hampshire. She then transitioned into building construction working on highly complex projects for the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and the National Park Service. Kristen is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and is certified in Construction Scheduling; OSHA Scaffolding; Army COE QC Training for Contractors and Red Cross First Aid.

MICHAEL BOYCE

As Project Manager, Michael supports the Project Executive with budget, scheduling, subcontractor buyout and the management of all contractual obligations. Michael's combination of education and work experience in addition to his passion for seeing projects completed successfully has gained him an integral part in the One Way process.

RENATO DIAS

​Since beginning his career with One Way Development, Renato has been responsible for the daily operations of the construction site from planning projects to overseeing their completion. Renato has years of experience in the carpentry, mechanical, electrical and general building maintenance sectors of the construction industry. He has amassed extensive experience scheduling work to adhere to strict deadlines and completing tasks on time and within budget. Has worked in construction for over 11 years on government, commercial, and residential projects.

RODRIGO DIAS

​Rodrigo is experienced in several aspects of construction, and general building maintenance. His portfolio of projects with One Way Development have afforded him an in-depth knowledge of the carpentry, electrical, plumbing and mechanical aspects of construction. Has worked in construction for over 13 years on government, commercial, and residential projects.

Rosemberg Santos

Rosemberg Santos is experienced in many aspects of construction, and general building maintenance including but not limited to concrete, electrical and mechanical systems, carpentry, wood and metal framing and drywall installation. He has worked in construction for 15+ years, his portfolio of projects includes both Government, and residential projects. He has been working in a supervisory capacity for One Way Development, Inc. for several years, his experience consists of site administration/QC and Safety on an array of specialty projects at high visibility and security sensitive locations.

SUMUL SHAH

Sumul Shah is the fifth generation of his family to be in the construction business. After earning a BS in Civil Engineering from Brown University and a MS in Construction Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he worked for the Massachusetts Highway Department, managing more than $190 million of construction related to the opening of the Ted Williams Tunnel and Central Artery Project. Prior to joining One Way, Sumul formed Lumus Construction to focus on historic restoration, military, and other complex projects and formed Solaya Energy to focus on renewable energy projects. In 2009, President Obama awarded Sumul the "Small Business Person of the Year" for Massachusetts and 1st Runner Up nationally.
