- Vice President Sales and Marketing
As leader of the Sales and Marketing team, Buddy is responsible for all Sales and Marketing initiatives. He guides strategic growth by hiring, training, managing and developing sales people into sales leaders in new and existing territories and markets. Buddy is socially active with targeted buyers and continually networking within our industry.
Expertise
Buddy began his industrial career in 1986 as a welder at Ohmstede Ltd's La Porte, Texas Manufacturing Facility. Before joining the private sector, he served four honorable years in the U.S. Navy assigned to ship and submarine maintenance of the Seventh Fleet. His positions included High Pressure Welder, Quality Control Inspector, Controlled Material Petty Officer and On-Scene Team Lead Firefighter stationed in Pearl Harbor, HI, San Diego, CA, Alameda, CA, Philadelphia, PA as well as traveling to Diego Garcia, Hong Kong, Japan, and the Philippines.
Prior to joining Ohmstede Industrial Services, he was VP of Strategy and New Market Development for Hunter Buildings. He held other industrial sales leadership positions including Business Development Manager for Evergreen Industrial Services and The Mundy Companies. He also worked 16 years at LyondellBasell, and 5 years at Pioneer Chlor-Alkali in multiple operation and maintenance positions.
Buddy currently serves on the Board of Directors for: ACIT - Association of Chemical Industry of Texas, Economic Alliance Houston Port Region and VPPPA's Legislative and Regulatory Committee.
The Personal Side
Buddy enjoys spending time with his wife, two grandsons and brand new granddaughter. He also enjoys spending time on his boat in Clear Lake, Texas.
As leader of Ohmstede Ltd. Eric utilizes his 30 years of Oil and Gas experience to drive a culture of safety, quality and client service throughout the organization. Eric's Six Sigma background helps to ensure that his teams are focused on the value proposition and aligned with client expectations.
Expertise
Eric began his career working on both drilling and production facilities in the Gulf of Mexico. After graduating from Louisiana Lafayette, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology, Eric joined Vetco Gray, an engineering/ manufacturing company responsible for engineering/ manufacturing surface and subsea drilling/production equipment to customers around the globe. Eric held several positions at Vetco Gray including Manufacturing Engineer, Project Manager, G.M, V.P. and President. Eric was responsible for operations in North/South America, as well as West Africa and Asia Pacific. After the acquisition of Vetco Gray, by GE Oil and Gas, Eric was responsible for leading the business teams for Surface/Subsea Wellheads, TLP/SPAR Production and Capital Drilling Equipment.
The Personal Side
Eric, and his family, enjoy the outdoors and take part in running, swimming, cycling, fishing and camping. Eric, along with his wife and two daughters, have been involved in various charitable organizations and enjoy working together to serve their community.

John is responsible for and delivers timely and accurate financial reporting for Ohmstede Industrial Services (OIS). His responsibilities include leadership and oversight for processes which include HR, payroll, accounts payable, billing, collections, internal and external auditing and all areas of financial accounting compliance work.
Experience
Prior to joining the OIS team in 2003, John was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of several industrial service companies located in Southeast Texas. He has over 35 years of experience in financial reporting and management. He has been instrumental in the growth, development, private sale, IPO, and company mergers for increased shareholders' value. John graduated Lamar University with a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.

- Vice President Specialty Services
As Vice President Operations - Specialty Services, Mike is responsible for our operational specialty service managers at all Ohmstede Industrial Services (OIS) facilities. Mike is tasked with expanding our specialty services; this includes the training and core competency of our personnel as well as creating a niche for OIS. As the leader of OIS bolted flange joint assembly program, Mike will work collaboratively with all our managers to insure compliance with ASME PCC-1 standards to insure operational reliability and mechanical integrity of bolted flange joint assemblies. Mike says, "our clients look to us for flange joint integrity management. Clients no longer desire Contractors that do whatever their told. Our clients desire Contractors that provide ‘Value' through knowledgeable, experienced and competent bolting personnel who will verify accuracy and push back when something doesn't appear correct. From verifying flange face flatness and flange and bolt-hole alignment to gasket surface conditions to the correct bolts, nuts, gaskets and lubricants to verifying bolt load our goal is to provide high integrity bolted flange joint connections. We don't just provide a service, we provide value".
Expertise
Mike joined OIS in 2014 as the Western Region Manager and brings over 29 years of experience in the general mechanical, turnaround, specialty services including bolt torqueing and field machining services. In addition, Mike has a strong background in sales and marketing and facilitates presentations to existing and potential clients. Mike has held Contractor business licenses in several states and understands the requirements for our business. Mike's primary areas of study at Abilene Christian University was Business Administration with a minor in Psychology.
The Personal Side
Mike enjoys the outdoors, target / skeet shooting / archery and spending time with family. He also enjoys an occasional golf outing and hunting or fishing with friends
As leader of Ohmstede Industrial Services, Norman is responsible for all operations. He guides strategic business planning and execution of the value proposition to ensure sustainable growth. He leads in promoting a culture of highest standards for safety and quality, the key drivers for performance based trust with our clients.
Expertise
Norman has over 35 years of experience in the industrial and service industries. Norman began his career with Ohmstede Ltd. in 2004 as Area Manager, Greater Houston. He was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2013 and named President in 2017.
Prior to joining Ohmstede Ltd., he was President and Owner of Process Enterprise. Norman began his career with CA Turner Companies, Port Arthur, Texas, advancing to President, Action Construction, a merit shop contractor.
The Personal Side
Norman enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and grandchildren. He also enjoys working on his farm in Southeast Texas.

- Corporate QA / QC Manager
As Corporate QA/QC Manager of Ohmstede Industrial Services (OIS), Terry is responsible for all Quality operations. He guides the Quality Control operations and personnel to ensure a constant growth in the quality and reliability of the final product produced by Ohmstede Industrial Services. He leads in promoting a culture of highest standards for quality, the key drivers for performance based trust with Ohmstede clients.
Expertise
Terry has over 30 years of experience in the Industrial and Service Industries. Terry began his career with OIS in 2004 as a Specialty Welder, General Foreman, Certified Welding Inspector, and Western Region QA/QC Manager. He was promoted to Corporate QA/QC Manager in January 2018.
Prior to joining OIS, he was a Combo Welder, Piping Foreman, General Foreman and Piping Superintendent. Terry began his career with Brown and Root, CA Turner Companies, Action Construction, Process Enterprises, and Triple S Industrial before moving over to OIS.
The Personal Side
Terry enjoys spending time with his wife, and son. He also enjoys fabricating and racing dirt cars, as well as hunting.
