Ohio Lawyers Give Back was founded by Dworken & Bernstein Co., L.P.A. to distribute funds to worthy nonprofit organizations by promoting the use of cy pres in class action settlements in Ohio and across the country. When a class action is settled, the plaintiff and defendant agree to a fund amount calculated to compensate all class members.
