Bradley R. Curl

Brad Curl practices primarily in the areas of real estate, land use, construction, business and corporate law. Prior to joining PackardDierking in 2018, Brad was the Managing Partner with the Boulder law firm of Johnson & Repucci. Earlier in his career, Brad practiced construction litigation in Denver and defended design professionals involved in various design and construction disputes. Brad also has practical construction project management experience gained from his work for both subcontractors and two of the largest general contractors in the country. Brad graduated from Baylor University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and a minor in Philosophy. He received his law degree in 2000 from the University of Texas, where he served as Research Assistant to Professor Douglas Laycock and participated in the clinical housing law program. Brad is a member of the Colorado Bar Association (Real Estate Law and Construction Law sections), Boulder County Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. Away from the office, Brad enjoys mountain biking, hiking and spending time with his wife and two boys.

Brigette M. Paige

Brigette M. Paige has a transactional practice that provides support to clients in the areas of real estate, business, and taxation. Her extensive real estate experience includes real property acquisitions and sales, developments, and financings. She has also has expertise in the formation of common interest communities under the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act and has represented both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of retail, commercial, and industrial leases. Her business expertise includes providing general representation to emerging and growing businesses and non-profit organizations on issues including entity formation and governance, private financing, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and employment and consulting arrangements. Brigette also has an LLM in taxation, which has enabled her to provide clients with sophisticated income tax planning and estate planning services. Brigette attended the University of Colorado School of Law where she was selected to be a member of the Order of the Coif and served as an editor of the University of Colorado Law Review. Prior to co-founding the firm, she practiced with Sherman and Howard and Hutchinson Black and Cook. Brigette enjoys spending time with her husband and five children and playing tennis and biking. Bruce D. Dierking

Bruce Dierking's practice focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, leasing, finance, Section 1031 like-kind exchanges, land use approvals/entitlements and all aspects of real estate development. He has been recognized in Colorado Super Lawyers,® Best Lawyers in America® and the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.® Bruce was an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Colorado School of Law, teaching Real Estate Planning, and has also lectured at numerous continuing legal education courses on topics related to commercial real estate and development. He is a past Chair of the Real Estate Law Section of the Boulder County Bar Association and a past Director of the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, Boulder Tomorrow, the Boulder County Business Hall of Fame and Thistle Community Housing. Bruce received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from the University of Northern Colorado, and his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, where he was an editor of the University of Colorado Law Review and selected for membership in the Order of the Coif. Bruce is a Colorado native and life-long Colorado resident. Prior to attending law school, he taught high school English and coached basketball in small towns in Northern Colorado. Outside of his law practice, Bruce has started several successful small businesses, and in his free time he enjoys cycling, skiing, reading and travel. David M. Packard

David M. Packard was employed in various management capacities for large Canadian and American manufacturers before attending the University of Colorado School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. Dave authored "A Test for Churning in Stock Options" in the Corporation Law Review, a national legal publication, and has taught many professional programs on antitrust law and other subjects. He has served as Chairman of the Antitrust Subsection and as a member of the Business Law Council of the Colorado Bar Association. In 1995 he was appointed by Governor Romer to a three-year term on the Committee on Anticompetitive Conduct, a subcommittee of the Colorado Board of Medical Examiners. He was elected chair of the Committee in 1996 and was appointed to an additional term in 1998. His off-hours activities include rafting, canoeing, tennis, backpacking, skiing and golf. Kate Keiser

She holds a law degree from the University of Colorado and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver. Kate lives in Longmont with her husband and their two young children. Kimberly Lord

Kim Lord's practice focuses on real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, leasing, construction, formation of common interest communities and the land use approval process. Kim also represents clients in general business matters, including entity formation, contract preparation, acquisitions and sales and employment issues. Kim has practiced law in Colorado since 1989 and over the years has represented numerous developers, contractors, architects, landlords, tenants, homeowner associations, brokers, property owners and business owners. Kim moved to Boulder in 1981 to attend undergraduate school at the University of Colorado and has never left. She obtained her undergraduate degree from CU in 1985 and then graduated with honors from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1989. Following law school, Kim practiced with the national law firm of Morrison & Foerster for five years and then for six years with the Denver law firm of Silver & DeBoskey. Prior to joining PackardDierking, Kim was a partner with the Boulder law firm of Johnson & Repucci with an emphasis in business litigation and real estate and business transactions. Kim is an adjunct lecturer at the CU Leeds School of Business where she teaches Real Estate Law. Kim is recognized by Best Lawyers in America in Land Use, Colorado SuperLawyer in Business Litigation and as the Individual of the Year by the Colorado Lawyer's Committee for pro bono work. Kim currently serves on the Board of Directors of Colorado Legal Services and is a Commissioner with Boulder Housing Partners.
