MILLIGAN & ASSOCIATES

Milligan & Associates offers support groups for veterans who suffer from PTSD. Our facilitators are all experienced counselors but the groups consist of men and women who served their country and returned from battle with symptoms they did not have before. We have found that the healing value of one veteran reaching out to another is the most effective way to find some peace... Milligan & Associates believes that every person with PTSD and/or addiction issues can recover and engage life with meaning and purpose. Our goal is to help our clients to achieve this life... Each weekly group focuses on one particular topic but also confronts each member of that group to face their own issues. Mode of therapy is cognitive behavioral with a strong emphasis on responsibility for one's own behavior.
