I entered the professional recruiting industry in 2002 after earning a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations. I started out my career at Management Recruiters of Sacramento, where I was fortunate enough to be trained and mentored by one of the top recruiters in the country. He instilled in me some very effective habits that allowed me to rapidly become a successful and award winning recruiter. In my second year with the company I achieved "Pace Setter" status, given to the top 5% of recruiters nationwide, and was recognized as one of top 20 recruiters in the Western U.S.
