Austin Wallace leads the firm's residential real estate practice. Austin represents purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as landlords in the drafting of leases and the prosecution of unlawful detainer actions. He also handles foreclosures and other matters related to real estate finance. Donald W. Piacentini

Don Piacentini focuses his practice on trust and estate planning, trust and estate administration, tax planning, tax litigation, corporate formation and general business issues. Don is president of the firm and has been AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell for over 15 years. In 2013 he was named as a Fellow by the Virginia Law Foundation, an honor held by less than 1% of all attorneys statewide. Don enjoys speaking to church groups and other organizations about estate planning, estate administration and tax concerns. He has been active with the Boy Scouts of America Heart of Virginia Council and recently received its Silver Beaver service award.

Meredith L. Yoder

Stephen E. Scarce

Steve Scarce focuses his practice on business and real estate matters, including business and loan workouts, purchases and sales, lender representation, commercial real estate foreclosures, Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges and homeowners' association covenants. He handles civil trials including real estate, commercial and estate litigation. He represents owners and lenders in easement, title, mechanics lien and title insurance disputes. Steve is chair of the litigation section at the firm. He was named to the 2014 Virginia Business Legal Elite, is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and is a member of the John Marshall American Inn of Court.

Trevor B. Reid

Trevor Reid is a member of the firm's business, real estate and litigation section. He practices primarily in civil litigation, creditors' rights (including bankruptcy and foreclosure), commercial real estate, and business law. Trevor joined the firm in 2008 after receiving his law degree from the University of Richmond, where he graduated magna cum laude. He was elected a voting shareholder in 2017. He is a member of the John Marshall American Inn of Court and the West Richmond Businessmen's Association, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Henrico County Bar Association. Trevor resides in Chesterfield with his wife, Andrea, and their five children.
