Literally the name of our Costa Rican Corporation is: "A group of friends from Sierpe", which we are. We all have spent many years in Costa Rica and have all bought and sold properties on the OSA peninsula. Our mission is to help others from around the globe find, safely buy and maintain properties in this special part of the world. As a group we have many years of experience and at times have learned the hard way about what it takes to own and maintain property here... We represent all types of properties from 100's of acres of rain forest to small homes on the river to commercial opportunities. All we need is an idea of what you are interested in and we will help you make it happen. We have learned how to get things built, remodeled and cared for in an efficient, cost effective and safe way. We would be happy to pass what we have learned on to you.
