Anthony Kirby

Anthony Kirby practices primarily in the areas of family and domestic law, including divorce, custody, and post-divorce matters. After graduating from Washington and Lee University in Virginia in 2013, Mr. Kirby returned home to Middle Tennessee to attend law school at Belmont University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2016. Mr. Kirby is licensed in state court for both Tennessee and Kentucky, as well as the Middle District of Tennessee Federal Court and the Western District of Kentucky Federal Court. Nathan Hunt is a partner at Patton | Pittman practicing primarily in the areas of probate, estate planning, personal injury, domestic relations, general civil litigation, appellate litigation, and business and corporate law. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in Tennessee. Mr. Hunt graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 2000 and received his law degree from the University of Memphis School of Law in 2004. During law school, Mr. Hunt was a member of the Mock Trial Board. He has been with Patton | Pittman since its inception in 2005 and became a partner with the firm in 2010. Mr. Hunt is an active member of the Montgomery County Bar Association having served as President in 2014 and this continues a long history of Patton | Pittman's active involvement in the Montgomery County Bar Association as Greg Patton served as President in 1999 and Chris Pittman in 2005. Mr. Hunt is also active in the Tennessee Alumni Association having served as President of the Montgomery County Chapter in 2007-2008. In addition to representing individual clients throughout the middle Tennessee area, Mr. Hunt has also represented a number of municipalities in Tennessee, including being the city attorney for Adams. Mr. Hunt and his wife, Ashley, who is a Nurse Practitioner with Premier Medical Group, have two children and live in Clarksville. Christopher G. Clark

Christopher G. Clark is a partner at Patton | Pittman, practicing in the area of criminal defense. He received a Bachelor of Science in History from Austin Peay State University and received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Nashville School of Law where he graduated eighth in his class. Mr. Clark is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Tennessee as well as the United States District Court for Middle District of Tennessee. Mr. Clark represents the criminally accused in all types of criminal matters. He is an experienced trial lawyer having tried over fifty cases before juries including allegations of murders, sexual offenses, and serious drug felonies. He has obtained full acquittals on charges of murder as well as other serious felony charges. Mr. Clark proudly serves our military community. He has developed a network of professionals to cater to the special needs of both military and civilian clients. Before joining the firm in 2009, Mr. Clark served as an Assistant District Attorney in Clarksville, Tennessee for six years. As an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Clark served on one of two trial teams assigned to prosecute serious felony cases in Montgomery County, Tennessee. In addition to his duties in the courtroom, he travelled the State of Tennessee for the Tennessee District Attorney General's Conference training police officers on how to effectively testify in court. He has also assisted in the drafting of several pieces of legislation including the 2004 bill that ultimately became Tennessee's current Sexual Offender Registry. Christopher J. Pittman is a founding partner at Patton | Pittman. He is a 1994 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law. Mr. Pittman is an attorney and Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator who has practiced law since 1994. He is a Past President of the University of Tennessee Montgomery County Alumni Association, a Past President of the Montgomery County Bar Association, Past board member of the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyer Division and a two-term member appointed by the Tennessee Supreme Court as a Hearing Panel Member for the Board of Professional Responsibility.
