Don Poynter has been a managing partner of Poynter & Bucheri since 1996. He is a lifelong resident of Indiana, having grown up in Morgantown. He is a graduate of Indiana University with a BA in Economics and IU School of Law, Indianapolis.

Born in Beech Grove and raised in Greenwood, Mr. Norman graduated from Indiana University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Mr. Norman was an active participant in the Indiana University Marching Hundred and Big Red Basketball Band, being named one of the section leaders for the trombones his junior and senior years. Mr. Norman then attended Valparaiso University, where he graduated in 2014 with a Master of Arts - Liberal Studies degree. While at Valparaiso, he was a member of the Graduate Student Advisory Council, where he addressed the concerns of graduate students, planned activities, and made recommendations to the Graduate School. Mr. Norman then attended the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, graduating in 2017. While attending McKinney, he was a participant in Moot Court.
Mr. Norman focuses his practice on personal injury; aiding those affected by automobile collisions, premises liability, semi-truck collisions, animal bites, and wrongful death. He is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and American Association for Justice.
Pam has been a legal assistant with our firm for a little over a year. Her duties include client correspondence, requesting and data entry of medical bills and records, updating files and case status, speaking with adjusters and opposing counsel and their representatives, as well as helping throughout the office wherever needed. Pam is also an employee at One Mission Society in Greenwood, IN. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, baking, and time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Richard Bucheri has been a managing partner of Poynter & Bucheri since 1996. He is a graduate of Indiana University School of Business and IU School of Law, Indianapolis.
