PALS - Key Persons
Clinton is a Psychologist whose main area of expertise lies in educational and vocational assessments. He holds a Masters Degree in Psychological Research Methods, received from the Open University. Previous experience includes administration of psychological assessments, involvement in team ASD assessments, and the planning and implementation of specialized dyslexia teaching plans.
Currently, Clinton is responsible for the coordination of assessments and research for PALS, and is the first contact for our clients. He is also involved in the comprehensive psychological and multi-disciplinary assessments. Clinton has received specific training for administration of the ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule), a gold standard ASD diagnostic instrument.
Frances is a CORU-registered Senior Speech and Language Therapist. Her private consultancy work with PALS involves Speech and Language assessments and is also involved in team assessments for ASD. Frances has also received specific training for the administration of the ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule), a gold standard ASD diagnostic instrument. Frances holds a Master's Degree in Speech & Language Therapy and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Her work experience includes eight years in the area of Early Intervention where she worked as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. She has worked with children with a wide range of communication difficulties, including children with special needs e.g. Autistic Spectrum Disorder & Down Syndrome.

Jason Greenford holds a Masters' degree in both Psychology and Education, received from the Open University, and is a legally registered Educational Psychologist with the UK's HCPC (Health Care Professionals Council), the governing body for health care professionals in the UK. Registration details can be found on the HCPC website here. Currently there is no registering body in Ireland until CORU includes Psychology.
He has been involved with the assessment and diagnosis of Specific Learning Disabilities in schools and privately since 2008, and is on the SCPA panel of psychologists to provide assessment and reports in schools for the DES.
His work also covers the assessment of Comprehensive Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, and Autism. Jason has presented talks and information for both teachers and parents on dyslexia, and provided in school training on the use and interpretation of psychological reports to form Individual Education Plan's for students experiencing difficulties. Jason has also received specific training for the administration of the 3di (the developmental, dimensional and diagnostic interview), a gold standard ASD diagnostic instrument.
