Passport To Learning was created in 1977 by Betty Walkes. A former teacher with 27 years of experience with the Los Angeles Unified School District, Walkes became a vendor in 1977 by South Central Los Angeles Regional Center as a specialist to provide tutoring to clients in the greater Los Angeles area. Walkes started Passport To Learning to ensure that no person living with disabilities would go without the resources and support they need to be successful...
