John joined the Paragon Sports Constructors team in 2020 bringing with him over twenty years' experience in the landscape and sports construction industry. John oversees all aspects of the installation of natural grass playing surfaces and cultural services. He is skilled at multiple irrigation systems, holds his pesticides license and is well versed in the growth and maintenance of grass surfaces. John's positive demeanor and vast experience is key to the growth of Paragon Sports Constructors natural grass division.

As Director of Marketing for Paragon Sports Constructors, Katie provides direction and oversight of our brand strategy and marketing of the company. Katie has over ten years of experience with a background in sports media and advertising. She provides a consistent finish to our sales and marketing activities with great attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and passion for serving our customers. In 2018 she led the implementation of our Maintenance Division to better serve our customers and our market through comprehensive grooming and testing protocols. Katie's education includes a degree in Communications from Texas Christian University which she has supplemented with various marketing related continuing education efforts at local universities.

Traci joined Paragon Sports Constructors in 2019 bringing extensive experience in accounting, payroll, and human resources for the construction industry. She is particularly skilled at building relationships with vendors and customers through her outgoing personality and unwavering integrity to do what is right. She is vital to the satisfaction and safety of all employees at Paragon Sports Constructors and an asset to our team's continued growth.

As President and Chief Operations Officer of Paragon Sports Constructors, William Chaffe provides direction and oversight of day-to-day operations of the company including sales and marketing, estimating and bidding, and operations. William has over 25 years of experience in the design, construction and development of commercial facilities as a consultant, owner's representative and principal. Being a managing principal and having worked as an owner's representative, William provides an owner's perspective and customer driven approach to Paragon Sports Constructors.
Under his leadership, Paragon Sports Constructors has seen a fourfold increase in revenue growth since taking over the company in 2009 and he has repositioned the brand as a market leader. Passionate about improving our industry, William has presented at numerous industry tradeshows including American Sports Builders Association (2013), Texas Recreation and Parks Society (2017), and the Texas High School Athletic Directors Association (2019) and hosted a regional Sports Performance and Safety Seminar (2015) at FC Dallas Toyota Soccer Center that brought together end users and industry specifiers to create awareness and education about field performance metrics and athlete safety.
William's education includes a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi as well as a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Miami, providing the technical understanding, as well as, the business savvy to keep Paragon Sports Constructors a leader in sports construction in the region. William currently serves on the advisory board for Texas Christian University's Sports Science Center.
