(APEI) was therefore incorporated in 2000 and has been servicing clients and other consulting firms since. Based out of Huntington Beach California, APEI has clients throughout California. Using his contacts, Mr. Kochanowski is also able to provide environmental consulting in the greater Arizona, Seattle, Chicago, and Memphis areas...
