P.I. JOY

P.I. Joy has invested in J & N Plaza (Carter Oak Business Park) a 54,000 square foot office complex which provides a variety of office spaces... P.I. Joy invested and co-founded a hotel development and management group. He was awarded the Licensee franchise from the Intercontinental Hotel Groups (IHG) to build and manage Holiday Inn Branded hotels in Alpharetta, Georgia. Investments sought as a result of a vision for the creation of Alpharetta that was created by its citizens over five years ago. The project was designed to bring energy and excitement back to Alpharetta (Forsyth County) and to attract other private investment in the area.
