PINECLIFF

Bounded by Ute Valley Park to the north and bluffs to west, south, and east, Pinecliff is one of Colorado Springs' lesser-known jewels. Our uniquely sheltered location on the west side of Colorado Springs provides the illusion of remoteness and the atmosphere of a gated community, yet we are only fifteen minutes from downtown. In Pinecliff, one finds a diverse collection of custom and semi-custom homes on lots ranging from the ridge-tops with Peak and city views to those snuggled into the heavily wooded hillsides and valleys below. Our proximity to Ute Valley Park means that some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails within the city limits are literally only footsteps away... This site is maintained by the Pinecliff Homeowners' Association. We provide support that enables our neighborhood to be a safe, attractive, and community-oriented place to live. Membership is encouraged but not required.
