Dario Saravia - Founder, President

Mr. Saravia has over 21 years of experience in electrical engineering and is a professional engineer in the states of New York, California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Mr. Saravia was a Principal Engineer for ICx Technologies, a global security company; Supervising Engineer and Northeast Area Manager for PB Farradyne for a period of ten years. Mr. Saravia has provided project management or design services to fulfill the project work, budgets, and schedules for over thirty systems related projects nationwide. Mr. Saravia has managed design-build projects including the NYCWINS wireless network, and as the Quality Manager on the $300 million Automated Train Control (ATC) Project for the PATH. Mr. Saravia also worked on a number of critical infrastructure and system projects, in a three-year assignment with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (facilities wide), a six-year assignment with the NYCDOT and Project Manager for a security systems upgrade for the Niagara Power Plant for the New York Power Authority. As a Senior Supervising Engineer, Mr. Saravia has led numerous design, installation, integration, testing projects which included surveillance systems and Advanced Communication Networks (fiber optic, copper, coaxial, & wireless). Mr. Saravia holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the City College of New York City, 1990.

John C. Lewis

Mr. Lewis is an Operations Executive with 26 years of experience in the transportation industry with focus on technological advances in transit operations, telecommunications and railroad signal systems. Mr. Lewis earned a Master of Science in Management from Lesley College in 1998 and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University in 1986. He has demonstrated leadership skills including effective management of substantially large operating budgets and oversight of a considerably large workforce. Mr. Lewis has achieved an impressive record of accomplishments as noted below:

Kanchan Chaudhari

Mrs. Chaudhari holds a Master in Master in Information Technology Rutgers State University, NJ, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation, Mumbai University, India. She has extensive experience in System Analysis, Design Development and Maintenance of Oracle 9i database objects, SQL, broad experience in PL/SQL programming, including effective use of Oracle packages, stored procedures, database triggers and tools like SQL*Plus, PL/SQL Developer; Toad and Erwin. She has worked extensively on performance enhancing tools in Oracle like SQLTrace and Explain Plan. Used different types of optimizer hints, Indexes, table partitions and sub-partitions, materialized views, global temporary tables, autonomous transactions and bulk binds. Maggie Cusack-Steciuk

Dr. Cusack-Steciuk has been managing public works project for 22 years, since the start of her career with R. J. Architects in Sidney, New York, in 1989. After spending 3 years as the City Planner for Norwich New York, Dr. Cusack-Steciuk began her 14 year-long career with the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) where she was responsible for a variety of innovative and ground breaking efforts supported by the NYSDOT. She spent two years (prior to 9/11/2001) with the New York Metropolitan Transportation Council, developing the Regional Transportation Plan for 2025. Following the attacks on the World Trade Center, she contributed to the completion of the Hudson Valley Transportation Management Center, and managed the $60 million annual program for the Center for six years. During her appointment as the Manager of Project Engineering at Affiliated Computer Service's Government Services Transportation/Systems Engineering Group based in Germantown, Maryland, from 2007 to 2009, she managed a group of Project Engineers responsible for $750 million in National and international active ITS projects. Mr. Louis Hannigan

  • Certified Quality Systems Lead Auditor, Quality Engineer, and Quality Manager
Mr. Louis Hannigan is a certified Quality Systems Lead Auditor, Quality Engineer, and Quality Manager. He has implemented several quality systems and achieved ISO 9001 certifications. He has drafted and implemented quality plans based on NYSDOT requirements for construction projects. As a quality assurance specialist for the World Trade Center Construction, he audited all disciplines, trades, and parties involved with the project; including contractual requirements, safety, and special inspections. He has more than sixteen years of experience implementing and managing quality systems. He has conducted audits against a variety of criteria and has trained hundreds of management and staff in quality principles and practices.

Richard Cavaluzzi

Mr. Cavaluzzi has over 25 years of experience in field Services Engineering, Voice and Data Cabling Systems Design, Outside Plant Design, PA/ Mass Notification systems Design, Project Management Estimating, Budgeting, Specifications Development, Proposal Analysis and Construction Management and Inspection. Mr. Cuvaluzzi served as the Telecommunications Designer and Consultant at Fort Monmouth, NJ, for over 10 years. During this time, he designed and oversaw installation of copper/fiber inside and outside plant pathway, premise and backbone cabling for over 100 building projects at this installation including large multi-million dollar projects such as United States Military Academy Prep School (USMAPS), and I3MP Optical Fiber Ring, Developed Design Criteria for Equipment Shelters for Fort Monmouth and Assisted in design to integrate Fort Monmouth existing Whelen Giant Loud Speaker System and Valcom Building Paging Systems to comply with DOD requirements for Mass Notification Systems. Mr. Richard Cavaluzzi also worked for such notable firms as Flack +Kurtz Consulting Engineers, Nothern Telecom and Teleport Communications Group where he had the opportunity to work on many notable projects including:

Victor Blue

Dr. Blue is a Professional Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the fields of Intelligent Transportation Systems, Transportation Planning and Program Management. Dr. Blue holds a Ph.D. Transportation Engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a M.S. Transportation Planning, B.S. Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Dr. Blue has held senior engineering positions in North Carolina and New York State, in particular. He has also served as a consultant for the National Science Foundation in the State of Maryland. Dr. Blue's foremost work has been with the NYS Department of Transportation Planning and Program Management Group in Poughkeepsie, NY. While there, he was in charge of the Hudson Valley Regional ITS and Transportation Management Center (TMC) planning for the Planning and Design Team that organized multi-agency, multimodal system integration requirements and investigated specifications and locations for traffic detectors, CCTV, and VMS on I-287, I-87 and Westchester Parkways. In addition, Dr. Blue co-authored the ITS Business and Implementation Plan for the $50M multi-agency ITS Program. As an integral member of the Regional ITS team, Dr. Blue created program strategies and alternatives and successfully acquired funding. He also contracted with MIT ITS Lab to apply their MITSIM simulator and DynaMIT demand optimization model to Westchester County's highway network for off-line emergency and construction management in the TMC. Victor Brown

Mr. Brown has over 20 years in planning, design and deployment management of communications and Intelligent Transportation Systems. Mr. Brown has served in a number of technical and managerial positions including program manager and technical lead for a $25 million integrated fiber optic (SONET & DWDM) communications systems network, and as program manager and technical lead of a $15 million integrated communications network (optical fiber, voice, public address, optical transport) deployment both of which were for NYC government agencies. These projects included network architecture planning, systems design, specifications development, procurement, implementation management, cutover and acceptance testing. Mr. Brown spent a number of years with Parsons Brinckerhoff as an Assistant Vice President, Regional QA/QC Manager for a fiber optic network buildout and as the communications group manager. Mr. Brown was also a technical manager with the optical networking group of Lucent Technologies. Mr. Brown holds a M.S., Telecommunications and Computing Management, Polytechnic University, a B.S., Interdisciplinary Telecommunications, Institute of Technology, State University of New York (SUNY), and an A.A., Applied Sciences, Electrical Engineering Technology, New York City Technical College.
