Prior to Bloomberg, she worked for several years as a bond trader for a local commercial bank. Being well-versed in Banking and Finance, Anna's analytical skills and logical mindset contribute to her success as an Account Manager. Anna holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of the West of England, UK.

A public affairs veteran with almost 40 years of experience, Dzung has built his extensive expertise by taking the leading role in government relations and engagement for various establishments, ranging from governmental agencies/ ministries (Vietnam Radio and Television Committee, Ministry of Culture Information Sport) to multinational corporations (Diageo, British American Tobacco-BAT, Batey Burn, APCO).
Huong Le (Hailee) leads Pioneer Marketing & Public Affairs' operations, -counselling -major clients such as Alibaba.com, Mambu (composable banking), and McKinsey.
Her wealth of expertise in marketing communication and experience in client service, gained over the past 12 years working for top agencies, have helped clients design and execute successful campaigns which include publicizing - Alstom's urban train design in Hanoi; pitching McKinsey's thought leadership series of reports analyzing and consulting on various key sectors of Vietnam from tourism to renewable energy; Qatar Airways' inaugural Doha-Danang flight, and MicroSave's micro-finance program launch.

Lan Anh is an accomplished accounting professional with more than 10 years' experience in financial consolidation and accounting process improvements. In addition to core accounting competencies, she has managed other support functions such as IT, Human Resources, and Operations.
Prior to joining Pioneer, Lan Anh worked as Accounting Manager in a prestigious construction corporation, where she comprehensively managed the overall daily operation of the accounting department. As Accountant and Office Manager of Pioneer, she is responsible for cash flow management, month-end closing, inter-company transactions, and taxation matters for the firm. Lan Anh is trusted by the team for her excellent statistical analyzing skill and a broad knowledge of accounting operation, helping the firm implement effective consulting practices and bringing the most cost-efficient outcomes to clients.
Lan Anh graduated with a B.A in Accounting from the National Economics University.
Ngan brings a fresh perspective and youthful energy to our team, going beyond the traditional role of an account executive. With experience in ideation and production of multiple viral campaigns across various social media platforms during her tenure at Lotte Department Store, Ngan ‘s innovative mindset and Gen Z sensibilities fuel our creative processes, helping us stay ahead in a rapidly changing market. With Ngan on board, we consistently generate exciting and captiva ting ideas that keep us at the forefront of our industry.
In addition to her creative prowess, Ngan embraces a client-centric mindset which makes her an asset to the team. She works closely with account managers in building strong relationships with clients by providing prompt and goal-oriented consultations. Ngan earned her B.A in Business Administration from the National Economics University.
Phuong leads Pioneer's media team with her solid knowledge and understanding of the industry and her close-knit relationship within the field, thanks to her 13-year experience in media and communications. Before joining Pioneer, she worked for print and television media as a reporter, including VTVCab and The Manager magazine, published under the auspices of the Union of Science and Technology Union. In addition, she brought a wealth of in-house experience to Pioneer from her time as a communications specialist for a private financial-investment corporation.
Phuong works closely with a dedicated and professional team of copywriters and established media networks to provide services to clients, including those in diverse sectors from non-profit to fintech, banking, finance and e-commerce. She holds a B.A from Hanoi University and an MBA from the NEU Business School, National Economics University.
