Javed Iqbal is a seasoned Marketing professional and holds a graduate degree from Government College Lahore. Apart from multiple marketing, research and sales management certifications he also holds an International Post Graduate diploma with specialization in Marketing from Research Institute of Management Science, Netherlands. His professional career spans over 50 years, out of which over 45 years have been in association with the cement industry. He has served with a multiple cement manufacturing organizations in the sales and marketing activities function. Javed joined Pioneer cement in 1993 as a Marketing Manager. During his 29 year career with the company he has lead multiple cross disciplinary roles as Head of Marketing & Sales and Head of Administration. He is currently serving as an Advisor - Marketing and Sales and GM Admin - Head Office

Mirza Hassan Ali Askari is a graduate in Marketing Management from American College Paris, France. He possesses more than thirty years of vast professional experience in various companies including Faysal Investment Bank, Societe Generale and Bank Of Credit & Commerce International (BCCI). He is member of the Board and a SECP certified director in corporate governance. For the last twenty years he has been part of Mega Group in various roles, currently managing the group's corporate operations.

Mr. Manzoor Ahmed is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of National Investment Trust Limited (NIT). As COO, he has been successfully managing the operations and investment portfolio worth over Rs. 92 billion. He has experience of over 32 years of the Mutual Fund industry and has been placed at many key positions within NIT that includes capital market operations, investment management, research and liaising with the regulatory authorities. Has has also served NIT as its Managing Director (Acting) twice from May 2013 to May 2014 and September 2017 to February 2019. He is M.B.A and also holds D.A.I.B.P. He has also been the Council Member of The Institute of Bankers Pakistan, he is pursuing Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) level III. Mr. Manzoor Ahmed has vast experience of serving on the Boards of various top ranking companies of Pakistan belonging to the diverse sectors of economy. Mr. Ahmed has also attended various training courses organized by institutions of international repute like London Business School (LBS) UK, Institure of Directors, London and Financial Market World, New York (USA). Currently, he represents NIT as Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of many leading national and multinational companies of Pakistan. Mr. Ahmed is also a certified director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. Mr. Ahmed is also member of the Defence Authority Country and Golf Club - Karachi.

Mr. Waqar Naeem is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He carries over 25 years of experience and has been associated with the Cement industry for over 18 years including 16 years in senior management positions. He joined Pioneer Cement in May 2012 and continues to hold the position of Chief Financial Officer. In addition to managing financial affairs of the company Waqar also looks after the IT matters. During his tenure, he has also led corporate affairs as Company Secretary and the Supply Chain function

Aftab Alam has over thirty years of diversified management experience. Working at companies such as Coca Cola and Hutchison Port Holdings he has managed roles across several functions including strategic business planning, finance and accounts, audit, corporate affairs, legal affairs, taxation, investment and business development. Mr. Alam is a fellow member (FCA) of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He is also a fellow member (FICS) of Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Pakistan.

Sohail brings over 25 years of hands-on experience of International and National Cement Industry. He contributed as Director Experts with Lafarge group in Africa, Middle East, Asia and Eastern Europe to improve the Cement Industrial Performance across 44 countries. His last assignment was with Lafarge Holcim group as Director Maintenance at the World's 2nd Largest Cement Plant in Egypt. Sohail joined Pioneer Cement during August 2019 as Head of Works and has the ambition to travel with Pioneer Cement Family towards Industry 4.0.

Mr. Nasir Mehmood Butt is an experienced professional with over thirty years of diverse industry experience in various roles. He is holding master degrees in Islamic Studies and Business Administration. Mr. Butt's extensive experience and expertise in developing effective procurement strategies, establishing strong supplier relationship and ensuring compliance make him a valuable asset to Pioneer Cement Limited.

Shafiuddin was elected as director of the company in the annual general meeting held in October, 2011. He is member of the Board and Chairman of the HRR Committee. Shafiuddin holds a Bachelor of Science (Finance) degree from University of Oregon, USA. After completing his education Shafiuddin came back to Pakistan and developed his real estate and construction business. He completed several projects in the city of Karachi especially in the area of DHA and Clifton and enjoyed high reputation.
