Our aquatic resources have shaped our past, and in many ways, will shape the future of Chautauqua County. I am proud to be a part of the Chautauqua County Department of Planning and Development's efforts to deliver meaningful and effective land use and watershed planning programs and to play a role in the implementation of those programs. As Watershed Coordinator, my primary responsibility is the administration of the County's 2% Occupancy Tax Program for Lakes & Waterways, which supports the good work of the County's lake and watershed-related organizations and provides funding for important water quality improvement projects. The most rewarding part of my position as the County Watershed Coordinator is helping Chautauqua County Residents, Businesses, Towns and Villages protect and improve our Lakes & Waterways.
