Anne Mellita is an HR professional with over 10 years' experience in all aspects of human resources management. Anne started her career in the service industry, where she was first introduced to the inner workings of HR and since then she's grown to enjoy being a human resource to employees in need of assistance. Anne joined Peridot Solutions in May of 2017 - directing the administration of all HR functions. Anne has her Master's degree in Human Resources and International Business. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Ms. Stevens has more than 20 years of government consulting experience, working for both large and boutique consulting firms. Her areas of specialty include project and program management in the IT services and business administration of government, both civilian and military. She supports the Department of Human Services and has supported the US Coast Guard, US Courts, and the Federal Trade Commission. She is a graduate of Baylor University, a Graduate Certificate in Business Analysis from The George Washington University, and a Professional Certificate in Program Management from Duke University. George W West

George West has over 40 years of leadership experience in working with international financial institutions including such organizations as: The World Bank, The United Nations, Inter-American Development Bank, The Islamic Development Bank and the African Capacity Building Foundation. Mr. West was at the World Bank for over 30 years serving in a wide variety of senior managerial and advisory positions supporting operational, financial, technology, administrative and corporate functions. He was the Bank's Country Manager in Sri Lanka, Chief Administrative Officer for the South Asia and Latin American and Caribbean Regions. He led the World Bank's Y2K program supporting both internal operations and working with the UN preparing developing countries for Y2K. Mr. West also served as the World Bank Representative on the US President's Y2K Council. While at the World Bank he lead a variety of technology initiatives including the expansion of the Bank's global communications network. Mr. West has served on the Board of Directors of the Bank Fund Staff Federal Credit Union (BFSFCU) as its President. He is currently functioning as its CEO. BFSFCU is the 32nd largest Credit Union in the US with over $3.5 billion in assets. This Credit Union serves 80,000 members consisting largely of the staff and families of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund. Mr. West is also the President of an educational 501c3 organization. In addition, Mr. West has been an Executive Coach for almost 15 years where he specializes in helping senior executives. Mr. Reddy has nearly 30 years of experience in the information technology field with a particular emphasis in telecommunications and computing infrastructure engineering, operations and support. During his long tenure at the World Bank, Mr. Reddy held many senior manager positions with main focus on global connectivity and world-wide distributed systems, enabling decentralization of business processes and pushing decision making to the field. Julie Basile - VP

Ms. Basile has 30 years of federal contracting experience and procurement policy. She was the subject matter expert for three separate Administrations leading the change to greater transparency and accountability concerning procurement data. She was the architect of the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) e-Gov initiative, the Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE). Ms. Basile's portfolio lead to the funding and implementation of nine separate procurement tools including FedBizOpps, CCR, and WDOL. These tools modernized archaic paper processes for federal agencies, and engaged state governments as well as foreign countries who desired to emulate the IAE successes. Over her career Ms. Basile served several managerial roles in field level and base operations contracting in Rhode Island, Hawaii, and Maryland with the Department of Navy. After leaving the OMB, she took command of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) contracting office as the Senior Procurement Executive eliminating over 20 audit findings and removing the stigma of a persistent management challenge. Her leadership raised the bar and the expectations of several managers that enabled several disciplines to move ahead at the SEC. She conducted the competition that moved the SEC from an antiquated financial platform to a shared environment for finance, contracting, and logistics activities. Ms. Basile is an ACT-IAC Fellow's, a FED 100 recipient, and an NCMA Fellow. She is FAC-C III certified and DAWIA Level II certified. She is often called upon for public speaking and delivers candor and strategies for success. Ms. Basile has held a Top Secret clearance while employed with the Department of Defense and a secret clearance at OMB and the SEC.

Mr. Shaw has 25 years of federal technology and consulting experience. Larry Eckert

Larry Eckert is a Program Manager for Peridot Solutions. He joined Peridot in 2018 bringing 35 years of industry, leadership, and military service to his role. Mr. Eckert enjoys a reputation of customer delight and technical savvy earned through his career-long commitment to excellence and his diligence in that pursuit. A certified project manager, Mr. Eckert is a motivated professional looked to for leadership and expertise. Mr. Eckert manages the complex and evolving Marine Corps Information Technology program and was instrumental in transitioning that program office to the newly adopted US Navy construct. Michael Schreiber

Mr. Schreiber has 18 years of progressive responsibilities in managing federal proposals, writing federal proposals, capturing opportunities, managing a proposal development center and proposal teams. He is a Shipley trained and a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP). During his tenure at PAE, he received several well-known awards including Exceptional Contributor Award, Spotlight Award in contributing to PAE's business growth and strategic wins. Mr. Schreiber has a Master's Degree in International Relations and International Political Economy from Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Environmental Science from Pitzer College (the Claremont Colleges), California. Richard Vanderhyde

Mr. Vanderhyde is Director, Business Development for Peridot Solutions and senior executive with over 35 years of experience in corporate management and business development. He has worked for small and large technical services companies supporting the DOD, NAVAIR, NAVSEA, SPAWAR, DHS, DOS, VA, FAA, and NASA on information technology and aerospace related activities. His skill sets include performing corporate and division line management, business development, capture management, proposal management, process development, and systems engineering. He has an excellent working knowledge of government contracting, acquisition policies/procedures, and the Shipley business development process. Mr. Vanderhyde has experience with the many facets of marketing, merger and acquisition, congressional lobbying, and team building for proposals to win business supporting the Federal government. He worked for QinetiQ NA as the Vice President Capture and Proposals and Director of Proposal Management at ManTech International and Executive Vice President at Delta Security Technologies. He also served in the Navy as a carrier based fighter pilot flying the F-4J Phantom II on the USS Independence CVA 62.

Sharon Y Eubanks

For the first 25 years of her career, Sharon Eubanks was a lawyer representing the people of the United States. She spent three years litigating antitrust cases at the Federal Trade Commission and 22 years at the U.S. Department of Justice. From 2000 to 2005, she served as lead counsel for the United States in the largest civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) enforcement action ever filed, United States v. Philip Morris USA, et al., the federal tobacco litigation. Following a nine-month trial, the federal district court found that defendants, the major U.S. cigarette companies, violated the civil provisions of RICO and committed fraud on a massive scale. They were ordered to change the way they do business, particularly in the area of marketing and advertising. That decision was sustained on appeal, and the case continues before the federal district court on remedies issues. In October 2007, Ms. Eubanks began a new legal career in private practice, specializing in civil rights, employment law, and general public interest cases. Since leaving the Department of Justice, she has worked at a large law firm as well as a "litigation boutique," representing individuals in public interest cases. Presently, she is in Washington, D.C., in her own firm, Edwards & Eubanks, and she continues to represent clients in public interest matters. Ms. Eubanks is a member of the Board of Directors of the Americans for Nonsmokers' Rights Foundation, and she is on the Advisory Committee for the Center for Tobacco Control Research and Education at the University of California San Francisco. With much support and encouragement from Professor Stan Glantz and the Center for Tobacco Control Research and Education at the University of California, San Francisco, she completed her book on the tobacco litigation, Bad Acts, which was published in 2012 by the American Public Health Association. Ms. Eubanks earned her undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University and her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. She has taught Trial Advocacy at George Washington University Law School. Ms. Eubanks lives with her family in McLean, Virginia.
