Established in 2006, the Texas Pipeline Awareness Alliance (TPAA) is a group of Texas pipeline operators focused on increasing public awareness about pipelines and pipeline safety. TPAA uses radio, TV, magazine, newspaper and the Web to communicate safety messages to Texas residents in all 254 counties.
