She attends training workshops and seminars regularly to keep clients up to date with the ever-changing billing standards. Her vast experience with chiropractic software and billing clearinghouses provides a wide variety of expertise in the medical billing field.
Mandi Moore, office assistant, is a resident of Gastonia NC. Married since 2018, she and her husband are expecting their first child, a boy, in 2020. She started at Piedmont Claims in 2019 after working in the medical field for the past 10 years. Her experience with Microsoft Office has helped her adapt to billing and chiropractic software.
Melissa Lane, Claim Specialist, is a mother of 3 who has been a resident of NC since 1996. Melissa started in the medical field in 2010; she spent several years working directly with patients as a CNA and then went to the administrative side of healthcare.
Melissa started with Piedmont Claims in 2019. She has continued to attend training workshops regularly to stay up to date on the always-changing rules and guidelines of healthcare billing.
Tabatha Noel, President, is married with 3 boys and has been a Gastonia, NC resident since 1995. Tabatha started the firm in September of 2000. She has had experience in over 15 practice management software.
She is a member of the American Medical Billers Association and attends training seminars regularly to stay current on all insurance regulations. Tabatha's extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office offers a personal touch to small business management and accounting.
