Since 2020 he has continued to oversee menu development but the day to day management of the company has passed to Hannah Cave... Posh Nosh Information is a hospitality consultancy with boots on the ground. 2023 sees our founder, Anthony Zausmer, celebrating 50 years since he pulled his first pint...
