Prairie Family Healthcare is a nurse practitioner owned and operated family practice clinic located a block west of the Corn Palace in Mitchell, SD. PFH cares for the entire family, no matter the age. We focus on providing compassionate healthcare. We are a small, independent clinic. We take time to get to know you and your needs. PFH accepts most medical insurance plans, including Avera, Sanford, Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, and many more... PFH provides preventive, acute, and chronic primary care services. Whether you have a sinus infection, need an annual wellness exam, or suffer from a more chronic condition we are here to care for you. PFH also provides immunizations for infants to adults, allergy shots, and select in-house lab. PFH also utilizes outside laboratories for patient labwork... We are an independent clinic and have provider status for most insurance companies. When needed we refer our patients to the most appropriate specialist.
