I am a native Houstonian, a graduate of St. Pius X High School, and a graduate of Baylor University and Baylor University School of Law. I was licensed by The Supreme Court of Texas in 1990. In 2000, I was honored to be appointed by Gov. George W. Bush to serve a six-year term on the Texas Board of Vocational Nurse Examiners. And in 2005, I was appointed by Gov. Rick Perry to the Texas Medical Board, District One Review Committee... Wendy L.
