Messy Designs concept is created by Patricia Messa (me). I have held an active Virginia Real Estate license and a member of Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors since 1997. This year 2009 I changed my license over to Referral Agent. I love the Real Estate industry, but what I have figured out over the years is I most enjoy the creative side of the business which includes the listing and agent marketing.
