Initially run out of his home, owner Troy Miller carved a niche in the high-tech service industry by applying his HVAC training and experience servicing laboratory equipment to an industry lacking qualified service technicians. By combining general mechanical knowledge and technical training with impeccable customer service skills, PM soon turned into a valuable service with hundreds of satisfied customers. Operating with a core of 7 full-time technicians, PM has over 50 years of combined experience and continues to expand its knowledge base by gathering certifications and building alliances with manufacturers, distributors and technical consultants from many of today's leading brands...
