PMSI manages the owner's design consultants, prime contractor(s), specialty vendors, and provide the owner with a single, comprehensive status of all construction contracts related to the project. As part of our services, we provide support for owners in the areas of planning and due diligence for land acquisitions, budget development and controls, design management, cost estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, and scheduling.
