Henry Probst was introduced to wastewater treatment at a young age, visiting treatment plants with his father and grandfather - both wastewater engineers.
Henry Probst joined his father at ProCorp in 1991, while also studying full-time at UW-Milwaukee as a Civil Environmental Engineer.
Together, Tom and Henry developed some of the first successful and reliable processes for enhanced biological phosphorus removal (EBPR) and provided innovative approaches to wastewater treatment
Henry became the sole owner of The Probst Group, purchasing the company outright. This changed allowed the company to begin transforming their focus to complete wastewater management solutions.
