Frank Prochaska has been in the insurance business for 37 years and is certified in Long Term Care and holds LUTCF designation.Frank sells Life, Individual and Group Health, Home and Auto, Commercial, Workers Comp and is well qualified and experienced in finding the best insurance to meet his client's needs. Frank's mission is to treat every client like a family member and to be accessible for all their insurance needs. Frank has been involved with The Insurance Shop, Nowell-Prochaska Associates, Prochaska Associates, Coble-Cravens, and HRH. Frank is a native Texas, raised in Fort Worth and a resident of Arlington for the past 40 years. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a member of Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. Frank and his wife, Janet, have four sons, Frank, Tate, Conner and Joey and three Grandsons.

Jason Gowins was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas.He played baseball at Texas Wesleyan University and graduated from the University of North Texas. He is now a resident of Keller. Jason is married to Andrea and they have a daughter, Hannah and two sons, Jax and Tyler. In November 2008 we opened another office in Burleson, TX.
