Born and raised in Naples, Fl, Angela has over 5 years in the banking industry with a history of providing a high level of customer service for financial institutions. She has been thru a bank merger from FCB to Synovus which took tremendous amount of communication to ensure the customers felt comfortable and stayed up to date during the transition. She prides herself in quality service to build relationships with her clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Cassady brings twenty years of professional experience in real estate sales and rentals, property management, residential development, and human resources. She has received world-class training and development from PulteGroup and Target Corporation. Her greatest traits may be her glowing personality and her genuine care and concern for others. When Cassady isn't working with renters, buyers, or homeowners, she's likely at the soccer field, football field or dance studio supporting her three children. Cheri grew-up in the Ft. Lauderdale and Naples, FL area. In her previous career as an entrepreneur, she founded her own firm and was a Florida licensed Court Reporter (27 years in business). She also spent 15 years in the luxury hotel hospitality business and has held her Real Estate license for 18 years. Cheri prides herself in providing a high-quality service to all of her clients in order to build great and trusting relationships. More importantly, she maintains those relationships by communicating effectively and always putting her client's needs first. It is this philosophy that has enabled her to succeed in all aspects of her varied careers. Cheri is a much welcomed addition to our team!
Originally from York, Pennsylvania, Cody and his family moved to Naples in August 2021. Cody has been in the Real Estate industry for 13 years and initially moved to Naples in order to further his real estate career. Cody is married to his wonder wife and has 2 beautiful daughters. Like most real estate entrepreneurs, he started out as an personal investor and then became a licensed realtor in 2017. Since 2017, Cody's drive to help others find the perfect home as well as to succeed in this industry, has resulted in him helping hundreds homebuyers/sellers. A Wisconsin native, Gordy moved down to Naples in 2009 after completing his Bachelor's in Real Estate and Finance from Marquette University. Gordy joined Premier in 2013 and specialized in assisting investors acquire distressed properties as rentals. Born and raised in rural Missouri, Hannah joined the Premier team in 2022 and splits time between Naples and Gainesville. She has spent 6 years studying the Spanish language and in 2022, Hannah transferred to the University of Florida to finish her undergraduate degree. It is at UF, where she discovered her love for Operations Management. In addition to working with Premier, Hannah embarked on her real estate journey after joining PPM as an intern and is now a licensed Florida real estate agent. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys competitive weightlifting, studying to fulfill her ambitious nature, and spending quality time with family.

James has over 20 years of personal and professional property management experience throughout the state of Florida. James has extensive experience in residential Real Estate investing dating back to 2001. Prior to becoming a Licensed Real Estate Broker and founding Premier Property Management, James graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Business specializing in Decision and Information Sciences (Quantitative Analysis). James has obtained many prestigious industry certifications including Cisco's CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP, CCIP (BGP and Advanced Internet Routing) and the ACE (Agilent Certified Expert).
Mia graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with degrees in Business Administration and Marketing Management. After college, she worked as a client support specialist. She opened, and still operates, a successful printing business. With her expertise in administration, Mia is a perfect match for assisting our client base with their needs by prioritizing and expediting areas of concern.

Mike has over 15 years of both personal and professional property management experience. Mike has extensive experience in directing the successful growth of a 850 unit single family home portfolio. Michael graduated, with honors, from the University of Florida with a specialization in Finance. In previous careers, Michael has successfully created budgets for city departments and has directed and invested in multiple residential projects. Michael stresses the importance of customer service and is always readily available for all of his clients.
Raluca graduated from West University of Timisoara with degrees in Communication and Public Relations. After completing her master's degree in Political Science and moving to the United States, she has acquired over 10 years of customer service and sales experience in the banking and insurance sector. She recently relocated to Naples, Florida from the D.M.V. area and is enthusiastically studying to obtain her real estate license, while essentially ensuring the smooth operation of the office on a day-to-day basis.
Sara graduated from Southern Luzon State University with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Biology. She worked as a Customer Service Representative for over 8 years handling trade investigations and business fraud analysis. Sara became part of Premier Property Management in 2020 and was able to adapt quickly to the real estate field. Her passion for delivering quality performance helps her achieve harmonious work relationships and exceeds clients' expectations in her daily work routine. In her free time, Sara is an active choir member and enjoys cooking and spending quality time with family.

He is passionate about helping individuals find their dream home, whether it be leasing or purchasing. After taking on the Senior Leasing Agent position, he increased his management portfolio to over 150 units. Trevor is also an integral part of the sales team, which he joined in late 2016. Trevor has sold over $45MM in gross sales through Premier since 2016.
Originally from Manalapan, New Jersey, Victoria is a welcomed addition to the Premier Property Management team! Victoria prides herself on her "can do" attitude and exceptional customer service skills. In her previous careers, her peers consistently describe her as "detail-oriented", "hard working", and "attentive". Within Premier Property Management, Victoria ensures that our clients have a seamless onboarding rental experience. When she is not learning more about real estate and studying, Victoria enjoys watching the sunset, hanging out with her dog and going to the gym.
Zhai graduated from STI College with degrees in Business Management major in Operations. After college, she worked in the contact center industry for 5 years where she perfected her skills in customer engagement resolving complex inquiries. She's highly motivated to launch a professional sales career and passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving brand loyalty and increasing lead engagement. She always listens attentively, communicate persuasively and is very dedicated to providing the best experience for tenants/owners.
