The Mission of PowerPlays Coaching, LLC is to provide the finest training to lawyers and business professionals in the areas of communication, performance and interpersonal skills. We believe that these essential skills can be taught to anyone at any stage of their professional development. PowerPlays Coaching began as a program of Interborough Repertory Theater (IRT), a NYC-based not-for-profit professional theater. The program was created in 1992 when NITA program director and Hofstra University Professor of Law Andrew I.
