Case numbers for each individual agency may be assigned to a call event. These may be assigned at any time by the call taker, the dispatcher, or officer in the field. Calls may have more than one case number. Case numbers assigned to a call may be voided if assigned in error.

Marvin Zonis - Founder

Marvin Zonis is a Professor at the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business, where he teaches courses on international political economy, business strategy in the digital era, and leadership. He also heads Marvin Zonis + Associates, a political risk consulting firm in Chicago, and is co-founder of Publisafe. Professor Zonis is a member of the Board of Directors of CNA Financial (NYSE:CNA), the global insurance and financial services firm, and serves on the Board of Advisors of Syntek, a European Private Equity venture capital firm focusing on telecom, media and technology. Professor Zonis is also a Fellow of DiamondCluster International (NasdaqNM:DTPI), a global technology consulting firm. He was educated at Yale University, the Harvard Business School, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he received a Ph.D. in Political Science, and the Institute for Psychoanalysis, Chicago, where he received psychoanalytic training.

Ronald Wagner

Ronald Wagner is a founder of Novo Corporation, a leading web solutions provider serving Fortune 1000 clients, which was acquired by bcom3. Mr. Wagner also served on the Board of Advisors of, and held the Finance and Strategy VP position in, Chicago-based Spyonit.com, and helped lead in the company's acquisition by 724 Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:SVNX) in September, 2000. He founded milesandpoints.com in 1999, and obtained venture funding from Internet.Com (NASDAQ:INTM) for the company in 2000. Mr. Wagner currently sits on the Board of Directors of a "stealth mode" New York-based law/technology company, and San Francisco-based web application development firm, Vision Inc. He has been a presenter at E3 and Internet World, and featured in articles relating to the Internet and technology in several publications, including USA Today and the Baltimore Sun. Mr. Wagner received his B.A. from Lewis & Clark College, and his MBA from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.

Sergey Zaks - CEO, Founder

Sergey Zaks, Chief Executive, is a founder of Publisafe. Sergey has more than twenty years of experience in information technology. Over the past eight (8) years, Sergey built the company into a successful consulting company with a base of Fortune 500 companies. In 2001, he led the acquisition of Lucent's Public Safety Systems business, and repositioned the company as a leading provider of computer-aided dispatch (CAD), records management software (RMS) and related systems to emergency service providers. Mr. Zaks also established the company's second product development and research & development (R&D) team office offshore, and staffed the office with key personnel. Mr. Zaks holds an MA in Applied Mathematics from Moscow University, and received his MBA from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.
