Cary Greer

Cary Greer is a native of Canada, having made Tennessee his home for the last 16 years. Cary attended Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee. Cary attended many training courses as he worked toward his BOCP Certification including, but not limited to: the Rheo Course and Advanced Rheo Course, the OWWTT Shape Capture, the Suspension and Socket Design Course, the MAS Socket Design course, the Utah Arm Course, to name several. Cary has worked with all ages in helping patients achieve their goals after limb loss. He takes the time to listen to the patients needs and educate them about their options. He combines high quality with the latest technology for his patients. Cary joined PPS Orthotic & Prosthetic Services in 2008, providing prosthetic expertise in the fabrication lab as well a providing patient care in the greater Chattanooga area. Cary brings over 10 years experience to our organization and specializes in lower extremity prosthetics providing custom ultra-light prosthetics.

D'Lon Parker - COO

D'Lon works closely with each Practitioner to insure success for the patient and the practice. She is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the administrative and clinical aspects of the Orthotic & Prosthetic business to insure it runs as smoothly as possible. She has been with the company for 20 years and handles all daily operations, accounts payable, and all aspects of human resources / benefits / payroll. Beyond these duties, D'Lon also handles all Facility Accreditation, Licensure, and Contracting. D'Lon's goal is to provide an accommodating atmosphere for patients and employees.

Dan Powers

Dan Powers in a native of Detroit Michigan, but graduated from high school in Cookeville, Tennessee. Dan spent about ten years in the Marine Corps with billets in Electrical Equipment Repair, Marine Corps Drill Instructor and Public Affairs Staff Non-Commissioned Officer. After his military experience Dan decided to attend college at Tennessee Technological University which was pre professional program for Orthotic and Prosthetic School. Once his prerequisites were complete he finished with his B.S. in Prosthetics & Orthotics at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center. Dan did his residency at Cook's Orthopedics in Cookeville Tennessee. Upon completion Dan spent the next several years in Houston with a startup company and back in Cookeville giving quality patient care. Dan developed a custom AFO product line for the Houston Podiatry market. Dan is an LPO, CP, BOCO and has been with PPS Orthotic & Prosthetic Services since April 2014 and is the newest member of the team. He takes pride in listening to the patients needs and satisfying the fit and function of their device.

James C. Rogers - President

James Rogers served as President and Owner of HealthCorp, a chain of home health agencies and hospitals located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Mr. Rogers was the Founder and Shareholder of Nations Healthcare, a regional chain of home medical equipment companies based in Orlando Florida. He was the Owner and Chief Financial Officer of CareMed, a chain of Home Medical Equipment companies located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was also a Senior Manager in the healthcare practice of Ernst & Whinney in Atlanta, Georgia. Over the past 20 years Mr. Rogers has founded or acquired several chains of healthcare organizations. In each instance the organization has increased in size dramatically and generally became the market leader in its region.

Judy Rogers - CFO

Judy has over 20 years experience in supporting various businesses with a primary focus on home care organizations. She is responsible for all accounting functions for multiple companies. She has served as Controller for a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency, Home Infusion Therapy Pharmacy, Home Medical Equipment Provider, Real Estate Company and a Large Wholesale/Distribution Company, providing accounting support, expense control and report preparation. She received her Bachelors degree in 1986 in Operations Management, with a minor in Computer Information Systems, from Georgia State University.

Nadine Bourg

Nadine Bourg graduated from Newington Certificate Program in 1999 and completed her residency at the University of Michigan Orthotic and Prosthetic Program. She joined the staff of Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, Texas where she worked with a broad range of pediatric issues. She has a special interest in clubfoot care & scoliosis care as well as pediatrics in general. She offers a broad range of scoliosis interventions that include the Boston Internal TLSO, Charleston TLSO & Spine Cor TLSO. Her experience includes acute trauma care, cerebral palsy, post-CVA care and lower extremity gait dynamics. She holds a B.S. in Medical Record Administration and worked in the Outdoor Recreation Industry as a white water raft guide and white water canoe instructor. She discovered the Orthotic Field when a friend was paralyzed in a kayaking accident. That experience opened a new world of service which she continues to enjoy.
