ProCom is a founding sponsor of the Washington, D.C. Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial Project Foundation. Our annual donations helped to build the living memorial to Dr. King on the Tidal Basin in Washington, D.C... Professional Community Management was founded by Michael S. Finley in 1991. Mike started ProCom because, as a member of his own community's board of directors, he could not find a management company that provided the level of service that they needed. Mike retired in 2021 and sold the business to Scott M. Davis, who has been with ProCom since 2004.
