In February of 1974, Protranslating was officially launched by Founder Dr. Luis A. de la Vega and Maria Cristina in Miami, Florida as one of the first language companies in the city. Initially, we offered translating services in Spanish, English, and Creole, as well as interpreting services in French, German, and Portuguese with Luis as the interpreter. Fast forward to almost 50 years later, Protranslating is a major player in the language space, translating more than 150 million words per year, with the values that earned us our first engagement continuing to propel our growth...
