RAM Laboratories was founded by Dr. Richard MacDonald and Dr. Robert McGraw who met while pursuing their Doctorates in Electrical Engineering at the University of Virginia. Based on their technical interests, they collaborated on developing novel modeling and simulation technologies at UVa's Center for SemiCustom Integrated Systems... RAM Laboratories is a prime contractor on SEAPORT NxG, which spans the entire spectrum of C4ISR mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of Navy. In addition, we are an active member of the Information Warfare Research Project, National Spectrum, Naval Surface Technology and Innovation, and the Systems of Systems consortiums; developing and maturing technologies in these fields... RAM Laboratories conducts innovative research, technology development, and prototyping for the most urgent missions.
