Dr. Andres Gibbs

Dr. Andres Gibbs is a native of Terry, MS. He graduated from Terry High School in 2009 where he was a football player, powerlifter, and member of the National Honor Society. He underwent his pre-veterinary studies at Hinds Community College in Raymond, MS. While at Hinds, Dr. Gibbs was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and held office as a chapter officer and Mississippi/Louisiana Regional president. He also participated in the international studies program under the honors institute where he traveled to England and Costa Rica for biological studies and an internship in exotic animal husbandry. He received his Associates degree in 2012. Dr. Gibbs transferred to Mississippi State University as a biochemistry major and graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017 with his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. While at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Gibbs participated in the Summer research program under Dr. Todd Archer focusing on pharmacological and immunological studies. Dr. Gibbs is a member of the AVMA and MVMA. His interests are small animal internal medicine and surgery, exotic, and large animal medicine. Dr. Andres Gibbs is a member of Mt. EVA M.B. Church in Terry, MS. In his free time Dr. Gibbs participates in community outreach as a member of the Freemasons. He likes to go horseback riding, tend cattle with his grandfather, and enjoys his three dogs Fred, Sam, and Precious. As a hobby Dr. Gibbs likes to restore his classic chevrolet pickup truck, and he enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Dr. Erin Rush

Dr. Erin Rush was born and raised in Byram, Mississippi, and graduated from Terry High School in 2002. Dr. Rush earned an associate degree from Hinds County Community College, and then enrolled at Mississippi State University, where she graduated from the School of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. At that time, Dr. Rush joined the team at Randall Veterinary Hospital, and worked here until 2015. After a 6 year interval at another clinic, we are happy to announce that Dr. Rush has returned to us!

Mike Randall - Founder

The founder of Randall Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Randall is a graduate of Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He is an active member of the AVMA, the MVMA and the AAHA. Taking a great interest in stem cell therapies, Dr. Randall was the first veterinarian in the state of Mississippi to perform an in-house stem cell transplant in a canine patient. Dr. Randall is also a professional actor when not practicing medicine. He is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and has appeared in numerous films and TV shows. He has shared the screen with Morgan Freeman, Holly Hunter, William Forsythe and James Callis to name a few. He is currently represented by Action Talent Agency.
