With local expertise, local knowledge and local accountability, we are able to assume responsibility for management, leasing, operations and maintenance of our portfolio... Public Capital Company has helped maintain the Winnipeg landscape by renovating and redeveloping some of its heritage buildings. For example, Somerset Place, built in 1901, now houses a mix of retail and office tenants and has been connected with the MTS Centre via Winnipeg's skywalk system. 320 Donald Street, a neglected former bowling alley was redeveloped to comply with the 1999 Federal Government Building Standards and has been fully occuupied by the Federal Government ever since.
