Mike is a licensed Tennessee Real Estate Agent and currently provides property management and leasing services to commercial projects for The Raines Group. He is currently assisting Raines Group in the construction and management of Four Squares Business Center as well as other properties. Mike has 35+ years in the construction industry, overseeing dozens of commercial and residential projects. Mike has over 20 years of personal experience in owning, managing, and leasing investment properties. Mike is a native of Chattanooga and graduated from Red Bank High School and received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee School of Business in 1982. Mike is a Licensed Contractor in the State of Tennessee (00057292-retired) and the State of Georgia.

Richard Howard brings 15 years of commercial real estate, development and property experience to The Raines Group. His focus is on marketing and future development for both the company and helping real estate clients reach their financial goals. He also worked for four years in Sales and Business Management for a national retailer. A Chattanooga native, Richard achieved Eagle Rank in the Boy Scouts of America. He is a graduate of The Baylor School.

Tony Brock has over 41 years of commercial real estate experience in office and retail management and leasing in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville and throughout the Southeast. He is a Tennessee Real Estate Broker and currently provides oversight and leasing services to many commercial projects for The Raines Group. He is a native of Chattanooga and is a 1970 graduate from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He previously was employed by The Center Group, Inc., CBL & Associates Properties of Chattanooga and FMP Development of Knoxville and has managed and leased high rise office buildings, retail malls and shopping centers and suburban office complexes. Having an engineering degree and project engineering experience, Tony also oversees construction management projects for The Raines Group. He has attended numerous real estate courses, ICSC Ideal Exchanges and Deal Making Sessions. Tony is a member of both the Greater Chattanooga Area of Realtors (GCAR) and the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR), as well as the local CCIM Chapter.

William B. Raines Jr. is the sole owner and chief executive officer of The Raines Group, Inc. a commercial real estate management, leasing and brokerage company, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. William B. Raines, Jr., retired as a Major General from the Army Reserves on 15 April 2000, after 32 years of service. His last assignment was to the Joint Forces Command (JFCOM) in Norfolk, Virginia as the Vice-Director of Strategy, Requirements and Integration (J8V). General Raines was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in 1968 at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York, where he also received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. With 32 years of military service, he served in many important positions on active duty and in the Army Reserve. During the period June 1968 to June 1973, General Raines served in numerous active duty assignments in Okinawa (Hawk), Vietnam (Battery Commander on the Demilitarized Zone) and Fort Bliss, Texas. After leaving active duty, General Raines held numerous assignments within the 3397th U.S. Army Reserve Garrison in Chattanooga, TN and the 125th ARCOM Headquarters in Nashville, TN. General Raines returned to active duty during Operations Desert Shield/Storm where he served as the Commander of the 3397th USAR Garrison from Chattanooga (the unit was presented the Army Superior Unit Award) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky during the period August 1990 to September 1991. General Raines is a graduate of the Airborne School and the Army War College. Awards presented to General Raines include the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit Oak, the Bronze Star Medal with One Oak Leaf Cluster, Meritorious Service Medal with Four Oak Leaf Clusters, Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal with One Oak Leaf Cluster. General Raines is currently Chairman of the Charles H. Coolidge Medal of Honor Heritage Center.
