RTS Infra OÜ is created. Now, we are entering in the construction business of harbours, roads, bridges and wastewater treatment plants... A project can change in the work process. This is often inevitable. We take into consideration all the client's wishes in the beginning stages of the project, as well as after the circumstances that require altering have become apparent. In 2020, the energy-efficiency requirements for buildings shall change significantly.
