Anthony Butler

Anthony joined us in September of 2020 as a Dedicated Driver. Anthony plays and loves all kinds of sports. Need a sports game score? He's your man!

Anthony Harrison

Anthony joined us in February 2016. Anthony is an awesome dancing/strength and conditioning coach. He can be seen dancing on the job!

Brad E. Foster

Job Titles:

The Audit Committee is ultimately responsible for the policies and practices relating to integrity of financial and regulatory reporting as well as internal controls to achieve the objectives of safeguarding of corporate assets; reliability of information; and compliance with policies and laws. The committee is also responsible for identifying principal risks of the business and ensuring appropriate risk management techniques are in place. Mr. Foster is the Chief Financial Officer of Herity Ltd., a diversified real estate and investment organization, a position that he has held since 2005. Mr. Foster has also been a practicing public accountant since 1997. Mr. Foster obtained his Bachelor of Accounting degree from Brock University in 1996 and became a Chartered Accountant (CPA) in December 1996. Mr. Foster is the Treasurer of The Mikey Network, a registered Canadian charitable organization.

Brian Samson

Job Titles:

Mr. Samson joined Redishred in 2014 and has steadily advanced in various operational and management roles, and currently serves as the Vice President of Technology. His expertise in technology management and innovation has helped advance the organization in support of the company's goals. Brian has consistently demonstrated a deep enthusiasm for technology, effectively leveraging it across core business units, including operations, sales, logistics and finance.

Brianna Ottomaniello

Job Titles:
  • Customer Relations Specialist
Brianna started out at PRO SCAN® in 2021 and when a position at PRO SHRED® opened she moved into her current role. Displaying excellent computer skills and a knack for customer service, she has been integral to the branch's overall success. In her leisure time Brianna enjoys watching Netflix with her cats.

Dave Knowles

Mr. Knowles has served as National Business Development Vice President since 2019. He brings 33 years of sales experience and has developed strong sales teams which include sales representatives, customer service personnel, and key National Account Managers.

Harjit Brar - CFO

Job Titles:

Mr. Brar has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2022 and was previously SVP of Finance & Acquisitions. He began his career at Ernst & Young in the Assurance practice and has held senior financial roles in a diverse mix of public companies.

Jamal Harper

Jamal joined us in March of 2021 as a Dedicated Driver. When not riding in a shredding truck or on his motorcycle, you may find him in a tree stand enjoying some deer hunting.

James C. Lawley

Mr. Lawley is the General Manager of Scotia Fuels Ltd., a residential fuel supplier based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he has worked since 1982. Mr. Lawley is a director of Killam Apartment REIT. (TSX: KMP.UN). Mr. Lawley has been involved in real estate for over 30 years, with experience in the development and ownership of residential, commercial, hotel and self-storage properties. Mr. Lawley holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hon) from Dalhousie University. Mr. Lawley is on the Board of the Atlantic Salmon Conservation Foundation and the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Salmon Federation. Mr. Lawley is a Director of Renewable Energy Services Limited, a private renewable energy company focused on wind resources.

Jason Ostrout

Mr. Ostrout has served as Vice President of Human Resources since coming aboard in 2021. He began his career in Operations Management and moved to Human Resources, where he has served a variety of industries. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University.

Jeff Nemeth

Jeff has been with PRO SHRED® for over a decade. He started out as a dedicated Customer Service Professional, working his way up to Operations Manager back in 2018. Jeff is responsible for leading and managing the corporate branches in New England and Upstate New York.

Jeffrey I. Hasham - CEO

Mr. Hasham has served as Chief Executive Officer of Redishred since 2008 and has previously served as Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2008, as well as Vice President, Finance for Proshred and Two Men and a Truck Canada. He began his career in the Assurance practice at Ernst & Young. Mr. Hasham is the Chief Executive Officer of Redishred. From March 26, 2008 to March 31, 2011 Mr. Hasham served as Redishred's Chief Financial Officer. From March 2005 to March 26, 2008 Mr. Hasham served as Vice-President of Finance for Two Men and a Truck Canada and PRO SHRED® Security. Mr. Hasham obtained his Chartered Accountant (CPA) designation in 1999, received his Masters of Business Administration degree from McMaster University in 1996 and his Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Toronto in 1994. Mr. Hasham volunteers his time planning fundraising events for the American Institute for Cancer Research.

Jeremy Ware

As a Sales Representative, Jeremy loves helping customers fulfill both their regular service as well as their one time purge needs. When he's not at work, he enjoys watching/playing sports, reading, spending time with family, and grilling outdoors on a nice day.

John Callaghan

John has been working at PRO SHRED® Chicago since 2013. He started out as a Customer Service Professional (CSP), and worked his way up to Assistant Manager in 2021. In John's spare time, he enjoys spending time with his 2 kids and watching football and baseball.

Kasia Pawluk - CFO

Mrs. Pawluk has served as SVP of Finance & Acquisitions since 2022 and was previously Chief Financial Officer from 2011 to 2022. Prior to Redishred, she worked in the Audit and Assurance practice at Deloitte LLP as a Senior Accountant.

Kevin Dorsey

Kevin has been on the PRO SHRED® team since 2006. He manages business from an office setting, but still likes to get out and interact with customers. Kevin spends his spare time at the golf course or relaxing at home.

Mark J. MacMillan

Job Titles:

Mr. MacMillan is President of Shredco Limited, Shredpro US Limited and MacMillan Holdings Inc. Mr. MacMillan's extensive experience in the document destruction industry began in 1990 when he obtained a franchise to operate a Proshred document destruction franchise in Nova Scotia. Mr. MacMillan grew this operation into a successful document destruction business in Nova Scotia, prior to selling it in 2004. Previous to selling his Nova Scotia operation, Mr. MacMillan started a PRO SHRED® franchise in Tampa, Florida that he currently operates. He was the Chief Executive Officer and President of Redishred since its incorporation on October 18, 2006 until March 26, 2008.

Melinda Jablonski

Melinda joined PRO SHRED® in August 2022 bringing with her a decade of office management experience. She quickly became a vital part of the team and in a short time moved into a leadership role, assisting Kevin in carrying out efficient, daily operations. When not working Melinda enjoys baking and spending time with her husband & dogs.

Phillip H. Gaunce

Mr. Gaunce is the Chief Operating Officer of Arthur J. Gallagher Canada, a leading Insurance brokerage and consulting firm. From 1995 until 2014, Mr. Gaunce was the Chief Executive Officer of Bell & Grant Insurance Brokerage. Mr. Gaunce serves on the Board of Directors of the Halifax Moosehead Hockey Club Inc., and GoGold Resources Inc. (TSX-V: GGD) Mr. Gaunce was on the Board of Directors (2001 - 2007) of the IWK Health Centre where he was the chair of the audit committee (2005-2007). Mr. Gaunce received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saints Mary's University in 1984 and his Chartered Accountant (CPA) designation in 1986.

Richard Pepper

Mr. Pepper has served as Vice President of Performance & Operations since 2022. He began his career in the M&A practice of Ernst & Young where he assisted clients on transaction related financial and operational due diligence.

Robert G. Kay

Mr. Kay is the Chairman and founder of Springwall Sleep Products Inc., one of Canada's largest mattress manufacturers. Mr. Kay is an entrepreneur who has successfully built various businesses, including the development and management of multi-family real estate properties. Mr. Kay is the Chairman of the Board of Killam Apartment REIT. (TSX: KMP.UN). Mr. Kay has served on various trade associations boards and holds a Business Administration degree from Mount Allison University.

Robert G. Richardson - EVP

Job Titles:

Mr. Richardson is the Executive Vice President and a Director of Killam Apartment REIT (TSX: KMP.UN) since 2000. He is also the President of Freehold Commercial Realty Limited, a commercial real estate management company based in Halifax. Most recently, Robert co-founded Sustane Technologies Inc., an advanced recycling company building a biomass pellet and syn-diesel plant in Chester, NS. Mr. Richardson has worked in real estate for over 30 years and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University and is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant. Active in his community, Robert is a past member of Dalhousie's Board of Governors and the Halifax YMCA's Capital Campaign Committee. As well, he has chaired the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Halifax/Dartmouth and for the IWK Health Centre.

Robert M. Crozier

Mr. Crozier holds the position of President, Atlantic Canada, at GDI Integrated Facilities Services (TSX: GDI). GDI is one of Canada's largest facilities management firms. Mr. Crozier has been in the commercial cleaning business in Atlantic Canada since 1981 and was President and partner in Atlantic Building Cleaning from 1994-2005. The firm was sold in 2005. Mr. Crozier held the Chief Executive Officer position of Redishred from August 9, 2009 to March 31, 2011. Mr. Crozier received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Saint Vincent University in 1984.

Tara Ross

Tara began working at PRO SHRED® in 2020. With 20+ years of sales experience, Tara always meets our customer's needs and was awarded PRO SHRED® Sales Person of The Year in 2021. Her leisure time is spent with her significant other and her daughter.

Tom Hamilton

Tom joined us in August of 2013. Amongst one of our excellent drivers, Tom is an outdoor grilling master chef and enjoys sharing his cooking talent with friends and family.

Zavori Davis

Zavori joined us in January of 2021. When not watching football or working hard on the job, you'll find him watching drag racing!
