Within his time of employment with DoubleClick Inc., Mr. Dirielyan was promoted to Accounts Receivable Manager of the company's technology group.

David W. Eric Pantelic real estate career began in 2002 appraising real property with Mid-Atlantic Appraisal, based out of New Jersey. Eric subsequently worked for twelve years as a staff appraiser with Albert Valuation Group, a New York City appraisal firm. Lia Chen is a Master of Business Administration graduate with dual concentration in Business Analytics and Marketing from Hofstra University's Frank G. Zarb School of Business in 2016. Lia began her professional career at R.D. Geronimo Ltd. as a research analyst, providing research and technology support to the executive and appraisal team. Lia grows and utilizes her strong data analysis and business development, as well as technical skills within the company. Building internal databases and customizing new appraisal programs via Advance Excel VBA for appraisers are her main responsibilities. Her special research projects include creation of data interpretations, capitalization rate and various comparable expense surveys, updating of all applicable area and neighborhood profiles, and preparation of graphics to illustrate market trends and cycles. Lia is also responsible for the management and training of our EDGE Narrative Report software implementation. Ms. Chen joined R.D. Geronimo Ltd. in April of 2017. Education: Frank G. Paul Thorschmidt graduated from State University of New York at Oneonta in 1994. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics with a dual minor in Accounting and Finance. Paul began his career at MSC Industrial Supply company, a leading direct marketer and distributor of industrial tools and supplies, as a Sales/Purchasing Analyst. Paul was quickly recognized for his analytical ability and team spirit and was promoted to Inventory Manager to oversee a staff of five and over $40 million in inventory.

Richard J. DiGeronimo, MAI, SRPA, AI-GRS is President and Founder of R.D. Geronimo Ltd. (1985), a multifaceted organization providing professional real estate advisory services on a regional basis. These services include real estate appraising, consulting, marketing and feasibility studies, expert testimony and litigation support, which is augmented by a trained staff and a network of consultants and resources. Our corporate office is located in Mineola, New York. Richard J. DiGeronimo began his appraisal career in the year 1971 for a national New York based appraisal firm. Upon his departure in 1985, he was instrumental in the establishment of various office locations (Long Island, Manhattan, Chicago, and Florida), staff training, and new business resources which exceeded $3.5 million in yearly gross earnings. During 1983-1985, Richard DiGeronimo co-founded and served as a principal of a National Real Estate Financial Brokerage Company known as Real Estate Investment Services (REIS) with offices in Chicago and New York. This company was actively involved with placing over $200 million of mortgage financing during its short period of operation. Subsequent to this endeavor, Mr. DiGeronimo formed R.D. Investment Services, Inc. for the purpose of providing selective mortgage placements and property brokerage on a national level. The primary focus of R.D. Investment Services, Inc. was to provide a full range of real estate related services for its existing client base as established by R.D. Geronimo Ltd. Since 1985, Richard DiGeronimo has served as president and founder of R. D. Geronimo Ltd. with offices in Mineola and Manhattan. His primary focus in this capacity is providing real estate appraisal and advisory services to a broad spectrum of clients on a local and regional basis. Richard DiGeronimo is certified as a Real Estate General Appraiser for the States of New York (License No.46000008238), New Jersey (License No. 42RG00156200) and Connecticut (License No. RCG.0000166). Tatiana Calle graduated from Monmouth University in 2003, where she received a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Economics. Tatiana also received her Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management and is a New York State licensed real estate salesperson. Since graduating from her undergraduate program in 2003 she has worked in the fields of project management, marketing, and real estate sales in both residential and commercial properties. She began her real estate appraising career at Ciotta-THR Associates in 2017 as a Licensed Appraiser Assistant, providing support to the principal and appraising retail, office, multi-family, mixed use, industrial and proposed construction of residential condominiums.
