Ratkovich Real Estate LLC is a full-service real estate company with subsidiary companies in appraisal/consulting and training /education in a variety of fields for veteran appraisers as well as newcomers to the profession. Ms. Ratkovich is an AQB-Certified USPAP instructor, which means she is specially qualified to teach the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice to other appraisers in her profession (The AQB stands for the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation.) . She possesses both an M.A. from UCLA as well as an M.B.A. from California State University.
