Graham Lynch assists June Lynch in leading the The Grief Recovery Method® GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP Program and has been trained and certified by The Grief Recovery Institute®. Graham Lynch earned a BS in Engineering degree from Ohio University, Athens, OH before serving as a U.S. Air Force Base Civil Engineering officer during the Vietnam War era. He achieved the rank of Captain before joining IBM to pursue a career as an Information Technology (IT) professional and later earned an MBA degree from Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA. After 32 years in IT, Graham retired in 2000 as the Chief Information Officer (CIO), County of San Diego, California, where he managed over 400 IT professionals with an annual budget exceeding $100 million. He also served as an evening instructor of IT at local colleges and universities in Southern California. From 2001 to 2003, Graham was Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on the British Petroleum (BP) North American IT contract outsourced to Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC). From 2004 to 2010, he was an instructor for Brown Mackie College and ITT Technical Institute in Northeast Ohio. Graham became a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist® in October 2011.

The Grief Recovery Method® GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP Program is led by June Lynch, who has been trained and certified by The Grief Recovery Institute®. June earned her Bachelor's in Vocal Music and Education from Westminster College, New Wilmington, PA in 1964. After graduation, June travelled extensively as the wife of an Air Force officer. She taught K-12 in public schools in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Hawaii, and California in a wide range of socio-economic communities. June was the first African American teacher in the Madison, WI school system. While in California she earned her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University, Riverside, CA. In addition to her course work, June was a Teaching Assistant and did counseling work for both students and the community. She developed a cultural enrichment program in the Jurupa School District integrating music, culture, and history. June worked as a social worker in foster care and family reunification programs for the Court System in Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Diego counties from 1990 to 2001. After moving to Ohio, June became a Grief Recovery Certified Specialist® in 2004. Since then, June has served as Coordinator and has facilitated Grief Recovery Method GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP Programs at her church, and for other organizations in the communities surrounding Akron and Cleveland, Ohio. June officially became a trainer for the Grief Recovery Institute in the Year 2010. From the period spanning from Year 2010 to the end of Year 2016, June successfully trained 156 individuals to become Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialists in the United States and Canada. June now concentrates her efforts and energy in facilitating Grief Recovery Support Groups and holding One-On-One Program meetings.
