REGENCY PARK SENIOR LIVING - Key Persons
Annabelle is a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) who has worked in assisted living and memory care for over 15 years. Previously, she worked in acute (hospital) care, at a psychiatric nursing home, and at a dialysis center. Her focus is on clinical care, staff training, management, and administration. Her passion is communicating with staff and families not only about what we are doing but why.
Florencio Arrieta ("Lencho") has been at Regency Park Oak Knoll since 2002. Due to his vast amount of experience, he is skilled in developing menus that feature healthy foods and that correspond to residents' personal preferences, seasons, and special occasions.

Jackie began working with the elderly in 2014, first as a caregiver, then a medication aide and in social service activities. She also received her administrator's certification in 2022. As Business Services Director, she is responsible for managing and maintaining the resident and employee information system, processes, and files to ensure efficient business operations.
Manny Moreno has been working at Regency Park for over 30 years on both general maintenance and construction projects. Along with Polo Calderon, he is expert in making repairs and adaptive improvements to the property to accommodate the changing needs of our residents.

Mary began working at Regency Park over 15 years ago. Her responsibilities include supervising all housekeeping and maintenance staff and maintaining the safety and beauty of the community. In her devotion to our residents, she goes the extra mile for their safety, comfort, and convenience.
Pilar has been working with older adults for approximately 10 years. She began as a volunteer in resident activities, then became a caregiver, medication aide, and eventually obtained her nursing license. With her clinical background, Pilar focuses on understanding each resident's medical diagnosis and care and medication plan. As Wellness Director, she communicates with physicians, supervises the medication aides, and oversees the caregivers.
Polo Calderon is one of the increasingly rare people in the United States who has worked for only one company in his life - i.e., Regency Park. Having started in construction, Polo is a highly skilled carpenter who works with Manny Moreno to make sure that our property is safe, beautiful, and impeccably maintained.
Tiffany began working with seniors as an Activities and Volunteer Assistant. As Leasing Director, she is responsible for managing all aspects of marketing and leasing efforts, including presenting extraordinary tour experiences, maintaining relationships with residents and family members, and coordinating the move-in process.
