Nelson Facilitation LLC works to create positive interactions on complex environmental issues. We provide organizational development, meeting facilitation, and training services to businesses, NGOs and government agencies. We generally work in the area of natural resource conservation, application of environmental regulations, and resolving environmental disputes, where public involvement can greatly shape the outcomes of public and private proposals... We believe in creating lasting capacity to prevent and resolve disputes. We assess needs, design appropriate processes and develop a constant feedback mechanism for our client organizations and their staff... We involve staff members in the process, and where appropriate, coach and provide staff with specific skill development to gain lasting benefits.
