Brad Rhoads has been practicing law since 1993 and joined the firm in 1996 opening its Owensboro office. He has worked closely with organized labor in arbitration and administrative proceedings. Brad practiced at the law firm of Bass, Berry & Sims in Nashville, Tennessee from 1993 to 1996 in its litigation section. Brad is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Tennessee. He is a member of the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys and is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He is married to the former Marilyn Hudson of Bowling Green and has four daughters and one son. Brad is a member of Pleasant Valley Community Church.

Chris Rhoads is a partner in the firm's Owensboro office and has been practicing law since 1996. Jerry P. Rhoads has been practicing law since 1966. He founded the firm of Rhoads and Rhoads in 1974 and continues to practice with his brother and two sons, Brad and Chris. He is the past president of the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys and is past chair and editor of its workers' compensation practice section. He is a member and former delegate of the American Academy of Trial Attorneys. He served in the U.S. Army JAG Corps for four years during the Vietnam War. Jerry has served in the Kentucky Legislature as Senator for the Ohio, Hopkins and Muhlenberg County District. He has been married to the former Judy Lewis of Muhlenberg County since 1964 and is a member of First Baptist Church in Madisonville.

Kyle LaMar has joined the firm's Owensboro office as an associate. A native of Henderson, Kentucky, Lamar previously practiced law at Keller & Keller LLP in Indianapolis, Indiana for nearly five years. Helping clients from the initial stages of their cases through trial, Kyle focuses his practice in personal injury litigation and social security claims. Kyle has been named to the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40. He earned a B.A., magna cum laude, from Bellarmine University in 2007 and his J.D. from Indiana University in 2010, where he was a member of the Dean's Tutorial Society in tort law and civil procedure. Tom Rhoads has been practicing law since 1974 and has been practicing in the firm of Rhoads and Rhoads since 1976. He served for two years in the Kentucky Department of Labor where he performed trial work in the areas of occupational safety and health and wage and hour, and served two years in the U.S. Army. He is a member of the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives. He has lectured extensively in workers' compensation law and social security disability law. He is married to the former Elizabeth Ridley of Providence, has two daughters, and is a member of First Baptist Church in Madisonville.
