Born in Ohio, Adam Teeter is the Director of U.S. Operations. He joined the RITZ team in 2007 as the Engineering Manager. Prior to joining RITZ and moving to Canada, Adam worked as a Design Engineer at a civil engineering consultancy firm. Adam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio University. With his strong background in both mechanical and civil engineering, along with engineering management and his manufacturing knowledge, Adam is the perfect fit for the role of Director of US Operations.

Originally fro m Gilbert Plains, MB, Rick is the CEO and co-founder of RITZ Machine Works Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has a strong background in custom and production machining. Prior to founding RITZ, Rick was a production manager at an aerospace and defense manufacturer for over 8 years. Rick prides himself in his unswayed commitment to supplying top quality products, service and support for all RITZ customers.

Originally from Dauphin, Stuart McLean is the Director of Canadian Operations at RITZ. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba, along with a Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering Technology from Red River College. Prior to joining RITZ full time in 2014, Stuart worked as a Senior Mechanical Designer and Production Design Engineer in Training for 4 years. His strong background in computer-aided design and manufacturing, along with his expertise in process improvement and project management, makes Stuart an essential part of the RITZ team.

Tom Zaporzan is the COO and co-founder of RITZ Machine Works Inc. He was born and raised in Dauphin, MB. Prior to founding RITZ, he worked in power engineering and pipeline design layout for over 18 years. Tom has a strong background in welding, fabrication and boiler engineering with extensive experience in industrial piping. He attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology for Power Engineering and Pipeline Design. Tom has a never-give-up attitude, and is always ready to solve any tube bending related issues that may arise.
